Heavy, clunky and loses suction fast I kind of expected more. It is difficult to clean, heavier than expected and nowhere as flexible as thought it would be. The suction is not very strong after 2 months of use, and doesn’t collect l the dirt. Fairly disappointed.

Best vacuum cleaner I've ever had We have had most high end brands and the Shark PowerPro Flex is the best we have ever owned. It's powerful, gets in the hard to reach places, and is easy to empty. Battery life is fantastic. Can do out whole home easily on one charge.

User Friendly So many similar products, and Shark out swam them all. From doing its job vacuuming to the ease of emptying. Great battery life as well.

Great product The Shark PowerPro Flex is a great vacuum and it collects dirt and dust really well. The only issue I have is I have arthritis in my hand and I found it a bit heavy for me to use. Otherwise, a great product!

Very efficient vacuum We've been using the Shark for a couple of months now and find it perfect for both hard floors and carpet. The battery life is amazing and it's much quieter than our old Dyson. Highly recommended/
