Print quality is great Print quality is good. Only downside is the printer doesn’t print on both sides of the paper. I feel like this wastes more paper than necessary

Hello? Hello? No connection I haven’t been able to use this printer for 9 months. It won’t connect with my WiFi? And no one tells you that the ink cartridges won’t work once you opt out of the ink program! I never was able to use up my ink because my printer wouldn’t connect

Light Duty Printer Set up was challenging. The touch screen on the printer is small and not intuitive when changing paper sizes. Entering an email on the touch screen is also a challenge for that reason I definitely recommend interacting with the printer from another device.

Took time to get used to. Laying copies on document feeder is exact opposite of my retired HP Envy. Make instruction in larger print and in language that the over 80 generation understands.

HP Envy 6131e All-in-One Printer Instant Ink Printer and Ink easy to use. Sign up on the HP app was easy and ink delivered quicky. Easy to set up. I did miss out on the 3-month free offer though. I didn't act soon enough to get it.
