5G band does not work Pretty easy to set up but after the first week the 5G band did not work. Turned off and restarted and the 5G band returned but lasted about 1 hour. None of the online support talks about one band not working. Will return for warranty refund.

NETGEAR AC1200 WiFi Range Extender (EX6120) The extender is having fast wifi, the weakness of it is that it is over heat easily, whenever it is, the wifi is off, this happens daily, I set it only a bedroom distance from the router. The wifi is on after unplugging it and replug it.

Just Okay it don't really work that good its a hit a miss it also gets hot while plugged in, so i have to feel of it to see how hot it is if its too hot i unplug it.

Great Little Extender This extender was very easy to set up and works well on my patio to extend the signal to more of the property. This is also a good value compared to some more expensive models.

Excellent signal boost Having difficulty receiving a strong signal on the 2nd floor. Placing the device near the steps allowed a strong signal. Works great!

Poor construction I bought this WIFi extender in January 2021. In June 2021 it suddenly stopped working. Netgear wants money to diagnose the problem. Not worth the money. Bad company.

Works great but… I had a hard time setting it up initially. I had to factory reset it once as it wouldn’t connect to my router even after trying to connect via WPS.
