Truly non-stick and PFAS free to boot. It feels solid in the hand and nothing sticks, but I add a bit of coconut oil anyway for the taste. I do not use washing up liquid on the inside, instead I wipe it, as I would with cast iron pan. I am well impressed.

Excellent frying pan I've been looking for a non stick pan that is durable for a long time and I think I've finally found it. Excellent quality, easy to wash and truly non stick without being toxic to your health. So pleased with it!

Solid pan Solid pan. Bought smaller version of same pan two years ago. Still performing really well and cooking surface looks as good as new. We never used metal utensils or put in dishwasher though.

Superb quality and super non-stick finish I bought this as a replacement for my aging Le Creuset pan of the same size which has lost its non-stickness. Vastly cheaper and every bit as high quality and a superior non-stick finish. I will be replacing all my Le Creuset pans with Premiere Greenpans.

Excellent I really recommend this pan. It is of solid construction and the non-stick surface is strong and high performing.
