It's a no from me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say it's alright on the low speed and it's okay for the lower back. All the other speeds definitely aren't for me at all. My partner seems to find it works fantastic.

Sooth the muscles [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great tool in between massages. I'm not great at remembering to stretch after a work out and often end up with sore, tight muscles. The theragun is great and easy to use just sitting watching tv or before bed.
