Nice functional doorbell Doorbell worked well. Set up easy. Fixing to different wall surface types can be tricky but we managed ok. The bell is easy to set up with app.

Intermittent reliability I replaced a two year old Ring doorbell with the Tapo D235 video doorbell and although the video is better the WiFi signal is poor. The doorbell itself is only sited about 3-4 metres away from the router and within 24hrs it went completely off line and would not reconnect ...

Best doorbell so far Very pleased with the Tapo D235 doorbell. The unit feels well made with excellent video quality. Very easy to setup, the only problem I have is that the pet notification does not work. The unit has facility for an memory card, cloud storage or a Tapo hub which then gives secur...

Better than a Ring! I wanted a non-subscription product that was easy to set up, easy to use, was functional and reliable. The Tapo D325 ticks all the boxes and was a great purchase. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Tapo D235 Doorbell Camera This is my first doorbell camera which I chose because it matches my front door & doorframe, provided option for either battery (which I’ve initially chosen) or mains plus the ability to store information locally on a memory card. Furthermore I was also recommended Tapo t...

FAB Virgil Working better than I imagined. Would recommend. If you can’t screw in a light bulb or find subtitles on tv, you might need help.

Affordable quality Forget ring and paying subscriptions. Tapo are producing quality security products at very affordable prices. Download the TP-Link app and follow the easy to read instructions. The doorbell was set up in no time at all. I spent a couple of days fine tuning the sensitivity and al...

Impressive This video doorbell is all I expected it to be. It was easy to setup and link to my H500 hub (along with two solar powered camera's). I was unsure how long the battery would last, but as I have it set to record when it detects motion, it is down to 93% after 1 week, inc setting it up, p...

Security Very disappointed that I can't monitor the camera for more than ten minutes on Google home. It negates its use as a security camera

Holds its own Swapped from a series 2 ring doorbell to this and it compares well. Some of the features are different but they share the main functions and the Tapo doesn’t disappoint. It’s early days to see how the battery life compares but overall I am happy so far.

Very satisfied customer [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an Electrician. I get to install a fair few different types of camera doorbells. Mainly those that need to be hard wired via a doorbell transformer. I was pleased how easy installation was of the doorbell along with the...
