Bloß nicht kaufen! Ich habe diesen Staubsauger von meiner Mutter bekommen, die ihn nicht mehr benutzt hat. Das Gerät ist wirklich schlecht. Ich bin Techniker und habe keine ungeschickten Hände, aber trotz aller Kontrollen – Filter gereinigt usw. – saugt er nichts auf und hinterlässt überall Streife...

Foot window broke first time I removed it I wanted to give the crosswave a good review, it did a good job cleaning the tile but the foot window broke the first time I removed it. The plastic retainers at each side are not rugged and one snapped as soon as I removed the cover to clean the it.

Would not purchase again. i have dogs so I watched the videos & read the reviews before purchasing. The machine stays clogged more times than not. I am constantly spending time unclogging the machine as opposed to actually cleaning. I am still paying for a machine that has been set off to the side...

Not worth the high price This is a decent vacuum, but by no means is it good for alot of pet hair (or on rugs/carpet). My Roomba does a better job...and the cleaning fluid does not do any better than simply using a Swiffer Wet Jet.

We would buy it again. Bissel has great products. My wife loves it! We have a 8-year-old custom built home with about 5,000 square feet of hardwood flooring. We have two large canines, so dirt gets dragged in!! The process of scrubbing and cleaning the rollers is simple!
