Returns:
Term: 30 total calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.
Products: All products that by their nature allow it can be returned as long as they are in perfect condition and with all their accessories in their original box. Upon receipt it will be reviewed and if any of the conditions are not met, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right of withdrawal. If everything is correct, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used in the purchase process.
- Returns of personal hygiene products are not accepted if they have been opened.*

*As an example, "personal hygiene products" will be considered those products that require direct contact with some parts of the body, such as "In-Ear" Headphones, which are placed inside the ear.
