Plazo: Días naturales totales desde la recepción de la mercancía. 30 días
Productos: Se podrán devolver todos los productos que por su naturaleza lo permitan siempre y cuando estén en perfecto estado y con todos sus accesorios. Tras su recepción será revisado y si alguna de las condiciones no se cumple, contactaremos contigo. Nos reservamos el derecho de desistimiento. Si todo es correcto procederemos con el reembolso del dinero utilizando la misma forma de pago utilizada en el proceso de compra.
- No se aceptan devoluciones de productos de higiene personal si han sido abiertos.
- Software desprecintado.
- Artículos claramente personalizados.
- Servicios ya ejecutados o asociados si se ha hecho uso de ellos o con fecha de caducidad.
Abono: Se realiza en la tarjeta utilizada en el pago del pedido, en un plazo de 72H aproximadamente.
Se abonará el importe del pedido y los portes del envío o su parte proporcional si se han comprado más unidades en el mismo envío.
Envío: Estas son las formas en las que nos puedes hacer llegar el producto para su revisión:
- Recogida con nuestra agencia: Nos tienes que facilitar tu dirección completa y horario aproximado de recogida para enviar a nuestra agencia.
- Envío a nuestras instalaciones: Tienes que realizar el envío del producto a portes pagados a nuestras instalaciones.
Portes: Gastos generados en el trámite de devolución son descontados del abono a realizar si no ha sido enviado a gastos pagados.
Garantía:
Plazo: 3 Años desde la fecha de recepción del producto.
Productos: Se podrán gestionar todos los productos que hayan presentado un fallo de fabricación. Quedan fuera de este servicio si:
- Han sido manipulados de forma incorrecta.
- Presentan un daño o rotura física, tensión no idónea, instalación incorrecta ni materiales sometidos a desgaste por su uso normal.
- Presentan daños por humedad o agua.
- Reparaciones previas no realizadas por un servicio oficial.
- En el caso de artículos informáticos, la garantía no cubrirá la eliminación de virus, restauración de programas por este motivo o la reinstalación del disco provocada por el borrado del mismo. No se asumen las posibles pérdidas de información.
Una vez recibido el producto será revisado y nos pondremos en contacto contigo para informarte sobre los plazos.

- Fabricante: La garantía debe de ser gestionada directamente con el fabricante del producto. Genera la incidencia y te facilitamos los datos de contacto.
- Envío a nuestras instalaciones: Tienes que realizar el envío del producto a portes debidos a nuestras instalaciones.
- Recogida del producto: nos tienes que indicar los datos para la recogida tras generar la incidencia para poder gestionarla con la agencia.
Portes: gastos asumidos por la tienda o fabricante.
