Small and light for travel use with great image qu Using on my Sony FX6 this lens is great, auto focus works very well and enough zoom to get closer in when needed. Good all round good length and not to heavy to just take on holiday Takes a good shot and is quite fast off all the sony range its average to good but for all round use knockabout holiday its excellent but pricy.

sony quality - I bought this to compliment my 12-24 GM and between them I am covering pretty much all the bases with just 2 lenses. As i am travelling fulltime, space and numbers matter a lot. 2 lenses is simple and easy.

Top travel lens I have used this lens for a couple of months now and love it as my go to travel lens. Nice wide angle and almost enough zoom for most situations. Good close ups and great clarity and detail.
