En principio me parece una buena cafetera tiene variedad de cafés y la app te da ideas para más variedades de cafés fríos incluso de momento es buena mi primera impresión.

Great coffee machine, makes great coffee we love it. But needs a bit more love from DeLonghi. The milk is not as creamy as it is when you get a cappuccino from a coffee shop. Also, on you website it mentions that it makes cold coffee but there is no option on the machine to make cold brew.

Not worth the money should have a temperature setting for your liking ,this is set for child proof heat needs a minute in the microwave to get a hot coffee. Uses more water washing than making a coffee. Defiantly would not recommend as to miss write up of said product (stay clear)

I bought this product 2 years ago and use it daily. It’s still makes excellent coffee. Easy to maintain and never had any problems with the machine.

Had this a couple of weeks and it makes great coffee and it’s easy to adapt to personal tastes, either for individual drinks or programming for future settings. This would have been a 5 star review except the machine DOES NOT OFFER COFFEE OVER ICE AS ADVERTISED which is a setting point. WHY? No idea...

Faulty, thankfully just within warranty, took 2 months to repair. issue with the steaming function, this is common issue when you google it and to the repair guy but DeLonghi had never heard of it?? Also, steams lukewarm at best, you have to microwave every cup, buy something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the machine for about 11 months And had to send it to be repaired twice far. It has to be repaired at least three times before the will replace it. But I think I prefer a refund.
