WD_BLACK™ SN850 NVMe™ SSD with heatsink was the perfect choice for my extended storage in the PS5. Not only was the installation easy, the games actually run faster from this M.2 drive. Installation was quick and transferring and writing to and from the drive is smooth.

I purchased this with the heatsink for use in the PS5. I am on the beta so I am able to use the SSD in the PS5. It's blazing fast and works great in the PS5. If you are looking for a PS5 compatible SSD, grab this while you can as once the beta ends, people are going to be buying these like crazy!

Bought this to expand my ps5 internal memory and it does just that at incredible speeds. With the heat sink pre installed it was a breeze to install into my ps5. The system immediately recognized and formatted the drive and that’s it ready to store and play games. Couldn’t be happier
