I am not very good at reviews, but I hope that I can do justice to the vivoactive 6. I love it. It gives me a report every morning and every evening. If I don't get enough sleep it tells me, and it tells me what exercises I can do, in order to get a good night's sleep.

After 2 weeks of use I’ve found it to be no more useful than my iPhone for tracking activity. The sleep score is ok but not as sensitive or insightful as I had hoped . Great watch for step & sleep numbers! I truly love the battery life too. As much as I enjoy my Apple Watch (I do wish Garmin had the photo option that Apple does) the battery on my Garmin is the best, was in the woods for a week and the charge lasted the entire time. I have always had an Apple Watch and switching to garmin was about longevity between charges and ability to get the nighttime stats. Great product as per usual from Garmin, only thing to consider is that it picked up a small scratch on the screen first time using it during an MTB crash. Not the fault of the watch itself but maybe could consider another Garmin model with more protection or try find a screen protector if this is a ...
