I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. SET UP: I opened my HP Sprocket Printer and was surprised at how easy it was to unbox and set up. This was a really fun cute product. Super easy to install and use. I loved that I was able to just print any photo on my phone or linked social media. The picture quality was good, not amazing. It’s a great product but packaging gives it the appeal it is an “eh” product. After connecting and downloading the app, nothing would print through the app. Got frustrated and tried many things.
