I bought the Leash to make it safer and easier to carry my E-M1 ii camera and 300mm f4 lens in the field. The Leash is attached to the lens tripod mount via the Anchor Mount and to the camera by the left side strap eyelet. This protects the equipment from accidental falls. I have a hand strap on ... This is my third strap and my least favorite out of the slide, slide lite. It's doesn't adjust no as easily as the others. I do like that it folds up and doesn't leave a big foot print in my bag. I have now used my Leash a couple of times and am absolutely loving it! I use a light compact mirrorless, so the Leash being a more narrow and compact strap is ideal for me. I bought a Leash to replace the strap that came with my Fujifilm X-S10, and it's a great upgrade! I appreciate how easy it is adjust the the length, and I like being able to quickly attach one side to the bottom of my camera and carry with the lens facing down rather than sticking out. Dude: I am sooo tired of products "designed for photographers" only to unwrap it and be disappointed. This didn't;t happen with the Leash and it doesn't happen with Peak Design stuff. I have found many uses for the leash. From carrying my lighter cameras to using it on my camera bag. The quick removal system affords me the ability to remove the strap for easy storage without the strap getting hung up on everything a strap seems to want to find. This is a great product. I used the product on my recent trip to New York, roamed the streets for street photography when the camera was on me and I really didn't feel the camera.

I bought this product to allow me to wear my new Ricoh GRIIIx under a jacket for street photography. The strap profile suits that application. But there is one snag.
