We used the Capture to mount a Sony a6000 to a backpack strap during a recent 9 day backpacking trip. It was a secure, stable, lightweight platform and was the best way to carry a camera in an accessible way that I have experienced on a wilderness expedition. A 2.0 model Could use some removable padding so it doesn’t dig in on a normal backpack strap. THE OG QUICK CAMERA CLIP
I bought this quite a while back pre covid, put it on my at the time A7iii, like anything it took a while to get used to the movement of sliding it in, and of course the nervousness of just letting my camera dangle from my shoulder strap on my backpack.

I like the functionality of this and am happy with the product. The plate once locked has the slightest play/wiggle but is only noticeable if your OCD about things and pay really close attention to things.
