Tried another chair from a different company before buying this one and was disappointed with that chair and returned because pieces were missing. I have mostly been using very cheap chairs (under 200) for most of my life and buying the Vertagear pl6800 is a huge difference. It is more plush, more supportive especially as a heavier guy, higher build quality, and more comfortable. Overall, I am happy I chose Vertagear over its competetors.
