I bought this based on the look alone, having seen the film. I was impressed that the resemblance was so close for such an unusual craft. What stunned me on completion was the action for the landing gear, wing retraction and wing movement, all integrated and functioning really well, and elevating it... Piękny model, dużo frajdy z budowy. Bardzo zwarta konstrukcja pozwalająca na aktywną zabawę modelem - choć trzeba uważać na skrzydła. What else can said about the Ornithopter that hasn't already been said? This was easily the most interesting, complex, and satisfying set I think I've ever built. This set is the very definition of the word "Perfection". Perfect in term of aesthetic, as much as in term of minifigures, and as much as in term of building techniques. This is hands down the best Lego set I’ve bought so far- mechanically, structurally, and functionally!! The minifigs are amazing as well! Super accurate features, an amazing build process, no stickers or middles or stud launchers! It’s mini figure scale and the size is honestly stunning! 10/1...
