Ondanks dat het prijs kaartje in mijn optiek net ietsje te hoog is, is deze Technic set absoluut het bouwen waard. Qua technieken en diversiteit aan onderdelen heeft deze set absoluut een streepje voor t.o.v. Technic sets in een vergelijkbare prijs categorie.

Another great model from Lego Technic. An improvement on 42039. Nice easy build, with great building techniques.
Pros: enjoying building it and displaying it.

Having only built one previous Technic set years ago, that experience was not great and it kept me away from this theme. Seeing the "Hypercar", I thought I would give it another try. I'm in my late 30's and spend more money on Lego sets than I really care to admit but man was this set worth it! When I buy a big set like this I BINGE it and try to finish it in one sitting but with nearly 2K pieces and just shy of 400 pages of instructions, it took more than one sitting, haha. I d... This one surprised me somewhat. I wasn't looking to purchase it, but I got a good deal on it, and it was great fun to build. Not too challenging, and it looks so much better than the pictures. This is one of my favorites. I wish it had a gearbox like some of the early promo material made it seem, but looking back I can see why. Not much room to put one. My favorite aspect is that it sits very low to the ground like a real track hypercar. Ursprünglich veröffentlicht auf Lego-global

I really enjoyed this build. As usual, I am impressed by the engineering that goes into these cars. Instructions are easy and the pictures are excellent and needs to be considering the placement of some of these assemblies. Have the Ferrari Daytona on it's way.
