The machine definitely has a unique use to it. I thought it would massage my eyes, and below my cheeks a bit more but depending on the shape of your face, the unit does different work. I am finding the SmartGoggle a wonderful way to relax and be still. This is reflected in a lower heart rate at the end of using them.
