Pros:
- Charcoal looks expensive yet modest
- Large size
- External carry straps are great...I bought 2 extra straps

I bought the 20L back in 2022 and have, overall, enjoyed using it. Only downside is that my 16" macbook pro does NOT fit in the dedicated laptop compartment. I bought the V1 backpack a while after its release. As a creative student it fit everything perfectly. I proceeded to upgrade to the V2 and things just got so much better.
